MILAN, June 16 () — Italian electric vehicle maker Ahera on Friday unveiled a European-made sedan that will serve the premium market segment and join the sports utility vehicle it debuted late last year.

Both models will go into production in 2026, Ahera said. They will be priced between 160,000,000 and 180,000 euros ($175,000,000 to $197,000,000) and will be in the “high premium and luxury” segment, according to Aheran founder and CEO Hazim Nada.

“When it comes to this segment, people are not ready for Chinese or American brands. Europe is still the reference,” said the 40-year-old Italian-American Nada.
According to Ahera, the new sedan is part of Ahera’s range of electric vehicles that will be launched in November 2022.
First deliveries are expected in 2026 in major markets such as the US, Italy, Germany and the UK Ahera plans to open the border next year.
Nada said full-scale production should begin by the end of 2027, with annual production of 25,000 cars per model.
